The heilegen Shlomo and his daughter:

Shlom was the best. He didn't have the voice, and he could sometimes elide the words in such a way that it became hard to hear him- but he had the soul, and the music. To me hearing how his melodies are sung over and over, and hearing some of them play in my soul I cannot help but conclude that aside from all the other remarkable things about him- he was a great, great singer. His daughter Neshamalee has something of her father's soul, and they sing together beautifully.
