Keep away from youngsters: 
As funny as this book is, it is not really suitable for elementary school aged children. My niece got a hold of it and the questions followed.

Funny - but not helpful.: 
Someone recommended this book to me as something that would help me deal with my own mother. This book is funny, but if you're having a real problem dealing with your "Jewish mother" and want peaceful ideas on how to cope, this is NOT the book for you. If you just want to read something kinda funny, go for it.
If, however, you are tired of your mother (or father) using the guilt tactics on you, you should try "Toxic Parents" or "Children of the Self Absorbed". These books offer constructive ways to...more info
Great Book!:
Very truthful and hysterically funny! I would recommend this to anyone who has a jewish mother (and to others who are not Jewish because some of the stuff in the book applies to all mothers.
