Disappointing But Not Bad:
I thought this book would be a sort of Yoga-for-Jews instruction manual. Gold doesn't really talk that much about Yoga. It's more of an explanation of Judaism for non-Jews. He discusses some of the parallels between Eastern Mysticism/Religion and Judaism, but if you already know about both of these subjects then this book won't teach you something new. Gold also presents a few theories such as the locations of the four rivers of Eden and the Third Temple, which are far-fetched and not well researched. If... more info
