Healing Belief:
The Spontaneous Healing of Belief: Shattering the Paradigm of False Limits (4 CD Set) as read by the author Gregg Braden was quite compelling. I find it easier at times to listen rather than read. But I do prefer the opportunity of doing both at the same time. Reading and listening together seem to bring the information home in a more realistic way. But then perhaps this is a belief. Fantastic buildup (background material), less than stellar payoff:
One reviewer referred to this CD as "an excellent resource for educating and empowering people." I fully agree that it serves are a rich resource. However, I feel that the title, like too many self-help titles can easy mislead a reader into thinking a clearly articulated process for "shattering the paradigm of false beliefs" is going to be presented.
