I wish that Amazon would remove the above review. Obviously, this person can't tell the difference between a review and seller feedback. There are appropriate forums for comments like this, just not on the product detail page! I only bought this book because it had very good reviews from Dr. Dean Ornish, Marianne Williamson, Caroline Myss, Sam Keen, and Christiane Northrup (all of my favorite authors). Worst used book order I have ever received:
This book was ordered from monserrat2392. When it arrived it was in the worst condition imaginable. Every page is heavily underlined in blue ink and is almost illegible because of this ink. Also, the former owner had written comments on most of the pages, again, making it unreadable. For the dealer to send this out is unconscionable. I sent them an e-mail via Amazon and they have not responded. I don't know how to send this back and get a total refund, but I hope you can help me. I will never order anything... more info
