The title of the book is misleading. No "hidden history" of mankind is given. What the book consists of is a listing of archeological finds that suggest homo sapiens has been on planet earth for upwards of a million years or more. This view may be correct, but what homo sapiens was doing during all this time, how he lived etc, is hardly speculated on. Conventional historians have drawn a veil over anything dated before 2,500 BCE when they believe the Sumerian culture - apparently - spontaneosuly... more info

Pure drivel. Classic psuedo-science. Only for government conspiracy paranoids and then only for comedy relief. If you like this book I have a real UFO photo I'll sell you cheap.
Thorough, provoking, challenging but needs more proof to be a real contender:
The book has a style, which seems to be too academic. In addition, the book presents information that for the academia may seem very uneasy because it shakes the evolution theory but at the same time makes the creationist tremble. Another aspect, which is quite negative, is the lack of proof or documentation. However, the explanation of every piece of the puzzle that the authors give us is very interesting and very logical.
