Suitable for all levels of Klezmer musicians:
This is definitely a simple piano fake book. The large variety of songs is the best feature of the book. This is not a "how to play" Klezmer instruction book, and if all the pianist does is follow the chords and the melody, there is nothing exciting about it. But the book is perfect for any instrument as a take-off point. In the case of more experienced players, the chords help to create satisfactory improvisations.
