First and Last Tracie Peterson Purchase:
I was browsing through Costco when I picked this book up. I enjoy historical fiction and it seemed interesting. However, I soon got fed up with all the "preaching" and mention of religion. I thought it often lessened the story line and I found myself skipping prose just to find the book readable. Fortunately, as an avid reader, this is the first piece of fiction I've read where religion was mentioned so frequently without being a central theme/issue/concern. Hopefully, it will be the last.
