I had the privilege of using this book as a guideline for teaching a group of "home school" youngsters from 1st-9th grade. Science can be a scary subject to those of us who remember the mean and fierce physics/chemistry/biology teacher. Mr. Parker makes science enjoyable and exciting creating a feeling of glad anticipation for the next lesson.
