Fun for kids of all ages!:
My kids LOVE this game! OK, so it's the first one we bought when we got the Wii, but my almost 5 year old has mastered this game in one week. My almost 3 year old drives off the road often and places last, but he doesn't even care because he's having so much fun! Even when you "die" in this game, you still get to play because a little parachute drops you back off where you went off road. I personally stink at this game, but my kids and husband love it!! Must have for the MK addict:
I am SO happy I decided to purchase this game guide. It shows so many tricks and hints on how to get "ahead of the pack". I especially found the selection on the differences in the vehicle and character selections can make on your races. If you are a Mario Kart addict like me - this is a must for you. I would tell you it would also make a perfect gift for another MK player you may know of, but why increase their chances of winning against you. :-)
great guide for a great game - with one error:
My daughter and I got the guide after the game, to help us improve our scores and it certainly did that. This is a well-written, very helpful guide, with ONE minor but glaring error: It states that specific characters do not affect vehicle performance. This has been proven otherwise, as I found out while searching some of the internet gaming sites. Aside from that one imperfection, the guide is terrific, and well worth the investment. It has certainly enhanced our Mario Kart experience.
